Use this free QR code generator to create QR codes for Text, URL, links, WhatsApp (wa.me), or Wi-Fi, with an optional logo and export as PNG or SVG. Follow these steps:

1. Select the Type: Text, URL, WhatsApp, or Wi-Fi.
2. Enter the content based on your selection:
   • Text: type any custom message.
   • URL: paste a valid link or full URL (e.g., https://example.com) to turn that address into a QR code.
   • WhatsApp: enter the phone number in international format using digits only (e.g., 55DD9XXXXXXXX). A test link (https://wa.me/<number>) will be shown so you can quickly verify it in your browser.
   • Wi-Fi: enter the network SSID, choose the security type, add the password when needed, and indicate whether the network is hidden.
3. In the QR settings, adjust Size, Margin, Error correction, and Colors.
4. (Optional) In Logo, upload an image and customize size, background (automatic, solid, or transparent), color, corner radius, and padding.
5. Check the Preview and download as PNG (raster) or SVG (vector).

The preview is shown in a compact area to keep the layout tidy, but the final file respects the selected Size (px). This is useful when you need to create a QR code online for print, menus, packaging, events, labels, or digital usage.

The quiet zone is the required clear margin around a QR Code. It helps scanners and cameras detect the code reliably. For best scan rates—especially in print—keep the margin enabled.

Error correction controls how tolerant the QR Code is to damage, noise, and logo overlays. Higher levels make the code denser but more resilient. If you’re using a logo, choose Q or H.

Yes, but keep high contrast: very dark modules on a light background. Avoid low-contrast combinations or patterned backgrounds. Example: #000000 on #FFFFFF.

Use a moderate logo size (recommended: 10%–30% of the QR area). If the logo has irregular edges, enable a background (automatic or solid) and tweak padding and corner radius. If scanning fails, reduce the logo size, increase error correction to Q/H, and keep the quiet zone enabled.

For WhatsApp, enter the phone number in international format. For a URL or link, paste the full address. For Wi-Fi, enter the network name, security type, and password. Each tab updates the required fields automatically for that QR code type.

For printing, prefer SVG (vector, infinite scaling with no quality loss). If you need a raster image, increase the Size (px) before exporting as PNG.
